Our Studio Standards
At Pretty Gifted, we operate with care, clarity, and respect for the craftsmanship involved in every order.
Because each box is custom-curated:
• Orders are final once production begins
• Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Changes cannot be made after design approval
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once packages leave our studio

A Note on Photographs
Because your magazine is designed to be a lasting keepsake, image quality matters.
Please submit high-resolution, original photographs whenever possible. Avoid screenshots, cropped social media downloads, or heavily filtered images, as these may affect print clarity. Clear, well-lit images allow us to create a final piece that feels polished, vibrant, and worthy of display.

When will I receive my completed magazine?
Production begins once your customization form is submitted in full. You will receive a production timeline via email shortly after submission.
Can I make changes after submitting my form?
Because design begins promptly, revisions may be limited. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of submission.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. A final proof will be sent for approval prior to print to ensure every detail is beautifully aligned.
What if I miss the submission deadline?
We cannot guarantee event-date delivery for late submissions, though we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.
Terms & Expectations
At Pretty Gifted, every signature keepsake magazine is created with intention, care, and meticulous attention to detail. To preserve the quality and experience we promise, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be honored.
Customization Submission
Production begins once your completed customization form — including written content and photographs — has been received. Incomplete submissions may delay production.
Proof Approval
A final proof will be delivered for your review prior to print. We ask that approvals or revision requests be submitted within 48 hours to maintain your production timeline.
Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing all submitted content for accuracy, including spelling of names, dates, titles, and personal messages. Once approved, the magazine will proceed to print as finalized.
Production Integrity
To ensure consistency and excellence, design layout, styling, and editorial flow remain at the discretion of Pretty Gifted. Our goal is always to create a cohesive, polished, keepsake-worthy piece.
Event-Date Delivery
While we strive to accommodate celebration timelines, delivery by a specific event date cannot be guaranteed without timely submission and approval.
We are committed to excellence — and we appreciate your partnership in preserving it.
Late Submission Policy
We understand that senior season is full and fast-paced. Should your customization form be submitted beyond the stated 5-day window, a $35 expedited coordination fee may be applied to preserve your production timeline.
This allows us to adjust scheduling while maintaining the elevated level of service and attention your keepsake deserves.
If additional accommodations are required, rush production options may be available based on current capacity.
Our priority is always to deliver something beautiful — never rushed, never compromised.
Production Timeline
Standard production time is approximately 10-15 business days.
During graduation and holiday seasons, timelines may extend slightly to maintain our level of care.
To provide clarity and confidence, here is what you can expect:
Day 0 – Purchase Completed
You receive your confirmation email and private customization link.
Within 5 Days – Customization Form Submitted
Production scheduling begins upon full submission.
3–5 Business Days After Submission – Proof Delivered
Your digital proof will be sent for review.
Within 48 Hours – Proof Approval Requested
Prompt approval keeps your timeline intact.
5–7 Business Days After Approval – Printing & Finishing
Your magazine enters production and quality inspection.
Shipping Notification Sent
Tracking details will be provided once your keepsake is on its way.
Total estimated timeline: approximately 2–3 weeks from completed submission to delivery.
